Stir Fried Carrots and Baguio Beans

4 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot, cut into strips
1/4kilo Baguio beans, sliced diagonally
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat butter in a skillet.
  2. Saute garlic, carrots and baguio beans
  3. Cook until tender but still crisp.
  4. Season to taste
